At ARMAF Online Shop, we strive for complete customer satisfaction and offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible products. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to ensure a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive an RMA number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original boxes, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
